Urgent: Sabah Family's Evacuation Fund

We are raising money on behalf of the Sabah family, who are trapped in Rafah, Gaza and trying to evacuate to Egypt. Here is Muhammad Sabah's story in his own words:

"Hello, my name is Muhammad Sabah. I am 36 years old, married, and have two children, Mayar, 5, and Malik, 4 (pictured below). I live with my mother, who is 75 years old. I used to work as an IT engineer and my wife was a teacher. My house was destroyed in the war on Gaza, and I have nothing left in Gaza. I live in a place with 40 people. My children suffer from poor psychological and health conditions due to the war and the sounds of bombs. There are no hospitals, no schools, and no life here. I want to leave Gaza to provide a decent and quiet life for my family and children. When I tried to leave with my wife, children, and mother from Gaza to Egypt, where my older brother is, I found that the cost of leaving was $5,000 per person, and we are 5 people. I would like to ask for your support in helping me save and protect my family and children."

Since GoFundMe funds cannot be sent directly to Gaza, this fundraiser is being set up in the U.S. and the funds will be sent to Muhammad's family in Egypt, who will use the money to help the Sabahs flee to safety.
