The Present Situation: The impacts of ICE's violent occupation continue to threaten the housing security of Central Neighborhood families. While hundreds of Central neighbors wisely and courageously chose to protect their families by sheltering in place this winter, others still faced reduced hours, fewer customers, and business closures that dramatically reduce their income. The economic impacts of this occupation are severe for these families and for our community as a whole; many families continue to need support to cover rent as they get back on their feet.

With immense gratitude for your support, we have distributed over $1.5M to over 400 families in the Central Minneapolis neighborhood to remain stably housed.
