Urgent Relief: Mortaga Family in Gaza Needs Your Support

My name is Badr Al-Din Mortaga, a young Palestinian from Gaza and a nursing graduate from Al-Azhar University. Before the genocide war, I lived a stable life and ran my own small business, which was my primary source of income. Unfortunately, the war destroyed everything, leaving my family and me in dire conditions.

My family consists of eight members. My father owned two poultry farms, which were our sole source of income. Tragically, both farms were completely destroyed due to the bombing, leaving us without any means of livelihood. To make matters worse, our home, which once sheltered us and held cherished memories, was partially damaged and is now uninhabitable. We have been forced to live in a tent that lacks even the basic necessities of life, struggling to survive under these harsh conditions.

The war has also caused physical harm to my family members. My brother Abdullah was seriously injured in the bombing, sustaining severe damage to his hand, which required internal plating. His condition demands ongoing medical follow-ups and physiotherapy, adding to our burdens in the absence of any income. Furthermore, my younger brother Abdul Rahman still needs access to education, which has become a heavy financial burden due to the increasing costs.

To rebuild our lives and meet our basic needs, we urgently need your support. The required amount is €40.000 , which will be allocated to:

1. Providing food and water for the family.

2. Covering medical treatment and follow-up care for my brother Abdullah.

3. Supporting the education of my brother Abdul Rahman and my sister Aya, including their essential school supplies.

4. Covering transportation and other essential mobility costs.
