Urgent Relief for Bangladesh Flood Victims: Help Us Rebuild
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
Recently, Bangladesh made global headlines as courageous young students stood up against corruption and fought for their rights, a movement that tragically claimed over 650 lives but also ignited hope for a better future. However, just as the nation began to recover, another heartbreaking disaster struck.
Relentless monsoon rains have triggered catastrophic flooding, leaving nearly three million people stranded. Homes are submerged, and critical infrastructure has been destroyed. The most affected are those in rural areas, where families are fighting to survive with scarce food and medical supplies. These are people who were already struggling to make ends meet, and now their homes and lives are at risk.
As many of you know, I run Born To Smile (www.borntosmile.eu), an NGO dedicated to supporting underprivileged children in Bangladesh. In this time of crisis, we are stepping up to help, but we can’t do it alone. We are reaching out to you for donations so that we can provide food, medicine, and warm clothing to those in desperate need. Even a small contribution, as little as what you might spend on a coffee, can make a world of difference.
Together, we can bring hope and relief to those who are suffering. Your generosity is deeply appreciated, and we encourage you to share this appeal with your friends and family who might also want to contribute to this noble cause. We will be sharing updates on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/borntosmile.org), so you can see the impact your donations are making, and how they are saving lives and bringing smiles to so many faces.
We plan to conduct weekly relief programs and will continue to share photos and videos of our efforts. Your support means the world to us, and on behalf of the people of Bangladesh, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you. This wouldn’t be possible without you. Please reach out to me if you want to discuss this further.
Warm Regards,
