On Tuesday Morning November 4th 2025, Fernando was taken by ICE. He was on his way to work when he got stopped from what he thought was police but turned out to be ICE. Luis Fernando is a hard working man who provides for his family, he has 3 kids at home and his wife who stays home to care for them while he goes to work. They recently had a baby girl who’s only 2months old. We’ve spoke with him a couple of times and all he’s worried for is his family. We are currently speaking to a lawyer to figure out what the plan is but as we all know legal fees are hard. It’s been exactly one week, and we are needing any help to get him out. We know how crazy the world is right now but we never thought it would happen to us.

fernando was brought from Mexico to Arizona when he was only 8months old. He doesn’t have a criminal record and has been working hard since he graduated high school. He has been providing for his family and even his siblings when he can. Fernando is known to be a genuine human, he does everything out of love.

he was held in a holding cell here in phx until recently got moved to Florence where we are now waiting to hear the next update.(update he was moved to Eloy AZ detention center and we are waiting on the court date ) The cost for legal help is overwhelming as our family doesn’t come from much either but we are all trying and coming together as close as possible to gather what we have.
