For more than 80 years, my home depended on a natural water source that has now been cut off due to changes on a neighboring property. I have no access to city water, and I am currently hauling and purchasing water just to meet basic daily needs. This situation is urgent and not sustainable. After doing everything responsibly—consulting legal counsel, groundwater experts, and experienced well drillers—the only long-term solution is to drill a new well. All evaluations are complete, and I am ready to move forward, but I do not have the financial means to cover both the cost of drilling and the legal expenses I’ve already incurred.
