Urgent Move Needed for Family of Six

My family of 6 need to move. We have very little time. I work a minimum wage job and struggle to get 40 hours a week. I'm usually not one to ask for help. I prefer to tough it out on my own. But my landlord just informed me we have to move because he's selling the property. I had no idea he was selling the property till he called to tell me he had a buyer. I'm putting my pride aside not for myself but for my family. I have 3 kids, a 16, 12, and I just had my third not even 6 weeks ago. My husband is disabled. Then there is my mother-in-law who's ssi retirement is so small that not only can she not afford a place of her own but she can't even afford to be in a home for seniors. So she lives with us. My family can't provide me a place to stay and they can't afford to help much financially either. The money is going to go to first month, last month and security deposit. As well as utility transfers and a moving truck. I ask you to put yourself in my shoes and think about how you would feel in this situation and how any help you could get would make a world of difference. The help I'm asking for is the ability to help keep my kids and family together or me losing my kids that are my reason to live.
