In June of 2023 my daughter was molested by her father, a state of MI Corrections officer. The incident happened in Branch county, where they have refused to charge him despite direct statements from my daughter to licensed forensic nurse examiner and licensed forensic social workers, and where police and CPS heard.

She is 6 now, my son 7 and both still vocalize not wanting to see their dad. After reunification therapy, both are now saying they want to kill themselves. We have court on Amani day where they are wanting to put the kids back with their dad, the man who molested my daughter.

My attorney sent me an email this morning requesting $23,000 by Friday May 9th in order to continue the case. We have court on Monday May 12th.

My house is being sold to continue to fight for my daughter, and is currently pending, with a close date of June 13th.

I have called FOC and they will not change the court date.

This is not a dig at my attorney, I understand he has a business to run and bills to pay, and he has been understanding through this, so please if you love us, do not bash him.

If I don’t get $23K by Friday may 9th, he will file a motion to remove himself from the case, and I will have to represent myself Monday morning in court.

Ive refinanced my car as many times as possible to use as collateral for loans, I’ve maxed out every care, line of credit, and taken out as many student loans as possible to pay this. I refuse to give up, and I’ll never unhear my kids telling me they want to kill themselves
