I never imagined I’d find myself in this position, but I’m reaching out for help to protect my children and ensure their safety and stability. As a lot of you know almost 9 years ago now I got me and my oldest 3 children out of a domestic violence/ child abuse situation and away from my ex husband and their bio dad. Since then I have had sole legal and physical custody. After years of doing this on my own, we started supervised visits in 2021. Let’s just say it went very bad, very quickly, resulting in my oldest suffering a mental health crisis and having to be hospitalized multiple times.

Since then he has continued to fight to gain custody of the kids. I have been forced to break the court order due to the court protecting my girls but not my son. He is now attempting to take full custody from me!

This situation has become deeply distressing and has involved emotional and financial manipulation, including him taking my only vehicle earlier this year in retaliation. I’ve done everything I can to handle this on my own, but it’s reached the point where I urgently need legal representation to protect my children’s well-being and ensure the truth is heard in court.

The funds raised will go directly toward hiring an attorney and covering necessary legal fees. I have exhausted all other financial routes, plan to put every extra penny I make towards this but we need a lawyer NOW! Every donation, no matter the amount, brings me one step closer to keeping my babies safe and secure and with me where they have always been!
