Help Me Get Legal Assistance in Thailand

I am a U.S. citizen currently in Thailand, facing an extremely frightening and uncertain situation.

I have been trying to provide the police with evidence relating to multiple sexual assaults that I say I experienced. When I went to the police seeking help and trying to present evidence, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I was laughed at, and I was unable to get the police report I was seeking.

I am now facing arrest and possible deportation, and I urgently need legal assistance to understand my rights, address my situation, and determine what steps I can take to have my allegations and evidence properly considered.

A lawyer has quoted me ฿350,000 (approximately US$10,000–$11,000) for legal assistance. This is far beyond what I can afford on my own, and I urgently need help raising the money to obtain representation.
