Help my family survive the genocide in Gaza
Dear everyone,
My family and I are striving for a brighter future, away from the conflict and instability in Gaza. Amidst the challenges we face daily, we are determined to find a safe haven where we can thrive.
We need your support to make this dream a reality. Your generosity can help us secure a better life. Even a single dollar can make a difference between life and death, between a moment of safety and a moment of destruction. Standing with humanity means the world to us, and to countless other families like ours.
Please consider contributing to our GoFundMe campaign and sharing our story with others. Together, we can create a path to safety and hope.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
My name is Raghda, and my daughter's name is Randa. My family consists of four ( sweet ) children. ( I take care of my beloved father and mother in law , they are elderly and have health problems like high blood pressure and diabetes , I also take care of my orphan deaf niece and nephew who lost their parents , uncles, grandparents and brother) ,and I present to you the suffering of my family under the terrifying and brutal war we have been enduring for the past 9 months. We are in a state of constant loss; I have tragically lost my parents, my siblings,( my nieces )and our money,( our dream of a bright future) . We have lost everything natural. We are hostages to fear, constantly searching for a safe place to live.
We were forced to flee from northern Gaza under the enemy's orders to move to the south, heading to Khan Younis in fear of death. We endured scenes of humiliation, extreme hardship, and the fear of death, staying on the streets to stay alive. Our displacement repeated out of fear of death and in search of a safe place. Tanks reached our location in Khan Younis and forced us out under siege, making us choose Rafah as a safe place. Of course, the suffering and displacement repeated in fear of death during the attack on Rafah by the enemy. Once again, we fled from Rafah to Deir al-Balah in search of safety.
To facilitate our journey to safety, we have launched a fundraising campaign. Our goal is to raise £39,000 for eight people (my family: Walid, Raghda, Randa, Yaqoub, Suzin, Abdul Rahman, my grandfather in law, and my grandmother in law: Yaqoub, Wafa).
transportation from Gaza to Egypt (transit via the Egyptian Hala Company) costs $5,000 per adult and $2,500 per child (it takes a few weeks ). The rest will be split between essential living expenses, such as securing the basics of healthcare, shelter, and food when evacuated to Egypt safely, as well as covering urgent needs in Gaza right now where everything has become extremely expensive and scarce.
Since we lost our jobs due to the war, these funds are vital for supplying immediate needs like food, water, and shelter for survival during this crisis.
Now I find myself in a desperate need to ask for your support , unfortunately there's no way to survive this miserable present but to evacuate and try to get healed from all the traumas we are living and try to rebuild a safe , secure and stable life for our children and our beloved elderly parents in law .
I hope you help us and support us , we need your support as you're our only hope now
Remember every donation doesn't matter how much it is , will mean a new hope to get healed and live a secure and humane life for my family.
Thank you for giving us some of your precious time to look at our story, and thanks in advance for your support.
Thank you very much in advance for all the support you will provide.
