Hi, my name is Patsy, and I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my sister, Alma Bell, and her husband. They are currently facing an unexpected and urgent housing crisis after receiving an eviction notice, and they must move by this Friday. Both are in their early 70s, and this situation has created tremendous stress and uncertainty during a season of life when stability is essential.

Alma’s husband is a U.S. Veteran and an amputee, living with ongoing medical and mobility challenges. Despite his service and resilience, they are now at risk of losing their home with very little time to secure safe housing or cover emergency expenses. The funds raised will go toward emergency housing or temporary lodging, moving and storage costs, rental deposits or application fees, and basic living necessities during this transition.

They are proud people and would not ask if the need were not truly urgent. Any amount—no matter how small—will help provide immediate relief and dignity during this difficult moment.
