As many of you know I went into labor and delivered baby Lula three months early on December 22nd, 2025. She has been fighting for her life in the NICU since then, and doing her best to grow. She is so strong, but has been struggling recently. There has been discussion of a transfer to Seattle Children's to see specialists there for possible sepsis/ NEC. As of this morning, 1/28/26, she is recieving her first blood transfusion, and on her fourth round of antibiotics. we are doing our best to be there every day to support her. I spend a minimum of 8 hours a day in the hospital with her, but unfortunately her dad has had to go back to work to support the expenses and doesn't get to be there with us as much as we need him. We are asking for prayers and help so that we can be by our daughters side while she fights to survive. Thank you all for your support and love in this time. I dont know what else to say.
