A compassionate local man who has been feeding a stray cat recently discovered something horrifying- this poor cat, now named Titan, has suffered a severe facial injury, with a large portion of his skin torn and hanging off, leaving him in immense pain and at high risk of infection. Because Titan is feral, he cannot simply be handled and taken in for care, and without intervention, he will not survive. Although our organization does not specialize in TNR, we could not stand by and hope someone else would step in, so we partnered with an experienced local trapper to safely capture him and get him the urgent medical attention he desperately needs. This will involve trapping, transport, surgery, and a long recovery with multiple veterinary visits, making it a complex and costly process, but it is his only chance.
