I'm Peggy Sue, a City of Phoenix community organizer for Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods (G.A.I.N). In the past 10 years, on the 3rd Saturday of October, E. Euclid St. Blockwatch and Phx PD have successfully, without incident, celebrated. Unfortunately, this year on 10/18/25, thieves stole all 12-8' x 42" (blue & yellow) steel barricade fences. I rented them under my name, and we need replacement cost. The rental company has demanded an estimated $2700 or will report me to the police as stolen. Any and all donations will add up. Thank you.
