Urgent Help Needed for Our Family

URGENT UPDATE
We have received the decision from the Home Office and our waiver application has been rejected. We now have until the 1st of April.
Allah sent us a sister who visited our home twice with so much help and kindness. She works at the Home Office herself, subhan Allah, and after confirming with her office she advised us that we need to apply for my visa now as a priority. For our daughter we can apply a little later as she is a child and as long as both parents have legal status her visa will not be rejected. Our youngest, our son, was born here in the UK so his application can be done at any time. We have attached the rejection letter in the photos on this page. Right now we urgently need at least 4,300 pounds for my visa application before the 1st of April. Also we can’t go back home because my son is not even three months and his passport is not ready, I can’t leave him here with my husband alone. So we are genuinely stuck from all sides.

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullah.
This is Ayesha. Please read this. I would not be writing this if we had any other option left.

Last year, my husband lost the job that was keeping our family going. Since then, everything has become very hard.
He is on a Skilled Worker visa. The employer does not give him job. Because of his visa situation, he cannot freely take up other work. Right now he is doing some tutoring, but it is not enough to cover even basic costs.

To keep our visa status and stay here lawfully, my husband had taken loans for visa fees, health surcharge, and payments to the employer. When the income stopped, the loans still had to be paid back. We borrowed more just to get through each month. I sold every single piece of my wedding jewellery. We borrowed from friends and family. The debt kept growing.
Today we are in this situation:

My husband has over 20,000 pounds in debt, people he owes money to are putting a lot of pressure on him.
We have 4 months of unpaid rent which is 3,200 pounds
We are currently getting groceries from families who want to help and told me to make this link.
We have no savings, no jewellery, nothing left to sell.
I am a housewife. I have a toddler (2 years) and a newborn (2 months).
My parents passed away when I was young , so I have no support from my side of the family.

We have never taken interest-based loans and we never will in sha Allah. May Allah keep us firm on this aameen.

We have applied for a visa waiver and are waiting for a decision. We are trying to do everything the right way. Whatever happens, any money raised will go toward the debt and rent nothing will be wasted, in sha Allah.

My in laws are working on a long a term solution but these things are taking time. Right now the pressure is here, today.

We Are Raising 15,000 pounds
This will go toward:

Unpaid rent 3,200
Paying off debt / visa fees & ihs fees: What ever comes from Allah

We are zakat eligible. We cannot apply to the National Zakat Foundation because it is only open to UK citizens.

Zakat criteria:
No savings or assets above nisab✅
No stable income✅
Overwhelming debt✅
Unable to meet basic needs✅
Dependent children, no other support✅

We welcome anyone who wants to visit us or speak to us first. Please contact whoever shared this link with you they will give you our details. Some sisters have already visited us and seen our situation with their own eyes.

Jazakum Allahu khairan to anyone who gives, shares, or makes dua for us. May Allah raise your status in this dunya and akhirah aameen.
