Hello everyone, this is my family. My name is Jessica, and my husband’s name is Rasheed. We have 3 boys, aged 7, 5, and 1 1/2, and I am due with our 4th in January.

We have hit a hardship and have never asked for help on here or even attempted one of these, but right now we are about to lose our home and we have no way out that we can find right now. I was hospitalized due to pregnancy complications, and we worked for a pest control company together. I was working from home, and he was on a route. They let us both go the day I came home from the hospital. Two heads of households now have no income at all, and I’m 33 weeks pregnant.

We have to come up with rent or our landlord says he will evict us 3 days after it not being paid. It’s $2,000 a month we owe until February on top of all of our monthly bills. To be able to keep our home, we are not able to break the lease, or he will charge us the rest of the monthly payments until the lease is up. We have reached out to resources, our church, and we have applied to every job possible and had interviews but still having no luck right now.

We have prayed and put our faith and struggles into our Lord and Savior to help us find a way and trust in Him. He’s shown us He is here and does have a plan for us; we just don’t know what that is right now. As a mother, I am lost and confused and beyond depressed over possibly losing our home and our children and us being homeless. Also, holidays are all coming up, and we can’t do anything for them. This is the lowest I’ve felt in a very long time. Being pregnant and feeling like you can’t help in any way financially is the worst feeling.

We are reaching out to see if there is any help possibly out there, and if there is, God will provide it for us. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for anything that comes our way. God bless.
