I am a single mother who works a full-time job. After months of reporting black mold and sending multiple pictures and videos to the landlords and even to the housing authority of the pipes leaking into my apartment from upstairs, I came home today from work and my whole entire apartment is flooded. Water was pouring from my light fixtures and air vents. All of my 6-month-old and my belongings are ruined by nasty brown water. My apartment was a lake. I've lost a lot throughout my life, but I legit don't know how to react or feel right now other than defeated and devastated.

I grabbed what few things were salvageable and had to go get a room for the night at least. As a single mother with no family or much of any support, this is a major life setback for me. Having to pay for a room every day until the landlord reimburses me, IF she does, is $50-60 daily. Funds are tight as is. If you are unable to donate, I ask that you please share.
