Urgent Help Needed for Safe Cancer Clinic Trips

In desperate need of transportation. My vehicle broke down on me, and I can't afford to have it repaired. I have to get my wife to her appointments at the cancer clinic. She is in stage four of her illness, and public transportation isn't available where we live. It's a long walk to anywhere and entirely too dangerous.

So can you please help me with my transportation problem? Fixing the vehicle I have, if possible, or purchasing an upgrade would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Prayers going out.
