Hello, my name is Raven. I am chronically ill, physically disabled, and currently at risk of homelessness. I am unable to use personally identifiable images for safety reasons at this time.

I have been struggling with severe mental health issues for a long time, a lot of it caused by current environmental and family factors, and have been going through extensive therapy for it. Since I was young, I was told that if I did anything to myself I would be kicked out. Recently I had a rough patch that lead to me being hospitalized, and upon coming home I was told I need to find a new place to live.

I am currently seeing ECM case managers who are looking into transitional housing programs for me, which will only be a 6 month stay. I desperately need help getting my life on track. I have about a month or less before I have to leave. I am currently do not have a job despite searching (I can not find anything in my area that accommodates my disability as I have to use a cane), and I do not drive on top of that, having to rely on family for transport to therapy and doctor's appointments. As it stands I have very little independence and very little money to my name, and am in desperate need of financial support to be able to keep myself afloat during this really turbulent time.

As it stands my situation is unstable and depending on what happens, I am in desperate need of help to prevent being fully homeless either sooner or later.

Goal will cover whatever I need and will be put towards getting me into a more stable, permanent situation. The goal may be adjusted if needed. Every bit helps, thank you!
