Hello! My fiancé and I and our two cats are needing to relocate from our apartment due to negligence and a failed safety inspection. Currently we're trying to find a temporary place to stay since we have to vacate by the 9th, but currently the apartment complex is only offering a new year lease on one of their other buildings, which we are refusing to do.

Our goal is to move to the Springs from Craig so there'll be more resources for my fiancé's disabilities and autism assistance, and it's cheaper now than Craig, but obviously the sudden need to vacate without prior notice put a wrench in our plans when we can't afford to just pack up and move.

There's a few legally questionable things with this whole process currently on the property's end, none of this happened overnight and we've expressed our concern for the building in the past, so any extra funds will be going into a consult with a law firm and whatever else is needed to give us and the other affected tenants a case.
