Urgent Help Needed for a Grieving Mother and Her Kids

I am a mother of 4 children and I need help. I am the type of person that goes out of my way to help any and everyone, but now I'm in a tremendous bind. I lost my mother, my other backbone, my friend, and most of all, the reason why I learned how to be a mother to this day, yesterday (August 7th @5:45pm). My current home was sold, and the new landlord decided to increase the rent to where I cannot afford it, which has forced me to move out by August 12th.

I currently found another home and I have put my all into this home for my children, but unfortunately, I have fallen short on the funds. School is starting on August 12th and they have nothing to start with except a bookbag. My Momma would be the one to make sure they had everything, and now she is gone. I just lost my job due to an accident and my car is on the list to be repossessed because it's a month behind. It may not mean much to you all, but to me, my life has been going downhill. I am so tired and I want to go jump in a lake, but I look at my children and keep pushing. I have been to numerous organizations, churches, and nonprofit locations just to plead my story, cry, and be rejected. I am not better than anyone else, but I am crying out that you find it in your heart to please help my children get into a stable home, obtain clothes, shoes, and keep transportation.
