In a terrifying moment, three out of five of my children and myself were all inside our home of 25 years when a large tree came crashing through the ceiling, leaving the house destroyed and condemned. By what feels like a miracle, we all made it out alive.

Escaping with only the clothes on our backs.

Everything else clothing, belongings, and essentials has been left behind inside the home, which is now too dangerous to even enter since collapse is imminent.

Now, we have nowhere to go.

This tragedy comes on top of an already heartbreaking situation. The youngest of my children, only 7, has recently recovered from battling blood clots on the brain. I lost my job due to the days missed while he was fighting for his life. Leaving wasn't an option. Only recently have I started seeking full-time employment.

Already facing financial strain, now we are completely homless. As both of my parents passed away in the same home we just lost i have no backup support.

We urgently need help with:

*Emergency housing/Temporary shelter

*Clothing, food and daily essentials

*Replacing furniture & housewares

*Long-Term efforts to secure stable housing
