Help Cyndi Care for Our 88-Year-Old Mom

My sister, Cyndi, is one of the most generous and loving souls you’ll ever meet. She needs our help.

Cyndi is not only a single mom, grandmother, and survivor of a life-changing traumatic brain injury, she is also the primary caregiver and transportation for our 88-year-old mother. Every week, Cyndi makes sure Mom gets to her doctor’s appointments, the grocery store, and the pharmacy. Without her, Mom would lose access to the care and independence that allow her to live with dignity in her later years.

The challenge? Cyndi does not have a reliable vehicle. For her own recovery and for our mother’s well-being, dependable transportation is absolutely essential. A safe, working car means:

• Reliable transportation for groceries, prescriptions, and necessities.

• Peace of mind that Mom won’t miss appointments or go without what she needs.

• Stability for Cyndi as she continues her journey of healing and rebuilding her life.

Cyndi has found a dependable used vehicle for $3,000, with additional costs (insurance, plates, tires, etc.) bringing the total to about $3,500. Our brother Ron, who knows his way around cars, has inspected it and confirmed it’s a solid investment.
