My name is Sandra Jones and I'm 76 my problem began on May 10th 2024, when a storm hit Tallahassee about 7:00 in the morning, I was just about to leave for work when the tree fell on the roof of my home, causing major damage, my family and I were able to remain in the home for a short period of time,2 weeks later another storm, caused more damage we had to leave and go to a motel, after returning home, more damage, it was rain in the rooms, we tried sucking up the water out of the rooms, trying to remain in the home, mold, mildew, odor, and electricity were a problem, the house was not liveable the adjuster was not being very helpful with what needed to be done next, me and my family cleared most of the furniture out the room, and other items that were damaged, we never did receive the pods to put the remaining items in, I am in need of surgery, , but can't have it because of no place of I and my family to go, I cannot to back to work because of surgery I need, we are in need, of everything, I could appreciate any assistance from all sources,, thank you.
