This holiday season has turned into a nightmare for my beloved parents, Misty and James Dooley.

On November 11th, 2025 their home was completely destroyed by a devastating house fire. They have lost everything. They literally escaped with only the clothes on their backs.

The fire consumed all of their possessions—every piece of furniture, every photo album, every memory, and tragically, their entire life savings which they kept secured inside the home. They are now left with nothing and have to start completely from scratch.

Imagine losing your entire life in an instant. This fire didn't just take their physical belongings; it took their sense of security, their comfort, and their financial foundation. As the holidays approach, they are dealing with unimaginable grief and the overwhelming stress of having nowhere to go and no means to rebuild.

We are urgently trying to raise funds to help my parents cover the most immediate and critical needs:

1. Immediate Shelter & Basic Needs: Funds for temporary housing, food, toiletries, and clothing as they search for a long-term solution.

2. Replacing Essentials: Money to purchase essential furniture, kitchenware, bedding, and basic supplies to furnish a new, empty rental space.

3. Financial Stability: Assistance to help replace a portion of the life savings they tragically lost in the fire, providing a crucial safety net as they navigate the long road to recovery.
