Hello everyone, my name is Mike and I'm begging for help for my father (Michael). In 2017, we lost my mother and since then my father has never been the same. Since her passing, his health has drastically declined and he is now almost completely disabled and can barely even make food for himself. He lost his job and, with no income, he couldn't keep up the car insurance or annual taxes on his land/house. Unfortunately, he lost everything to auction by the county.

I've spoken with the purchaser and my father has until November 15th to be off the property. Anything that remains will be disposed of quickly. My father has no storage, no money, no way to go, and nowhere to go. Right now, I'm doing everything I can to try and get him qualified for any kind of aid (VA, Medicare, Medicaid, Disability, etc.), but that takes time...time he doesn't have. Even filing for VA takes time and money.

At this point, things look very bleak and we are all lost. Losing a parent to death is tough, but losing one to darkness has been harder than I could have ever imagined. My father has served, raised, and loved and it's time for him to rest. Anyone that can help would be a blessing. We need to get his cats into a loving home, we need to get his prescious memories stored (most other things are just things), and we need to get him into a place that can address his deteriorating health and mobility. Please, please, please help us!
