- My name is Michael Tomblin, and I'm in dire need of raising funding to move my mobile home. Due to a septic leach bed issue, I'm being forced to vacate the lot that my home sits on. With it being a safety/health issue, the courts say that the issue supersedes the normal 90-day eviction time. They can't allow my family to reside on the property any longer than 30 days. I have four children aged 9, 12, 13, and 14. We have only 30 days to vacate the lot with all of our belongings, along with our home and everything else on the property. After that, the landlord can file for a writ of possession, and anything left then belongs to him. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated and go a long way in helping us. After the 30 days, we will be homeless, so in the instance that we are unable to raise enough to move the mobile home, we will use the funds to find another place for my family to relocate to.
