Urgent Help for Jeremy's Recovery from Severe Accident

He is in need of groceries and money to keep a roof over his head while his broken ribs and knee are healing ♥️

He has medical bills as well.

He also needs to fix the motorcycle because the insurance will not pay because no one stopped to help him. He has no proof. In a perfect world he should be compensated but life is different now with no police.

Original post: my son Jeremy really needs your help. He was in a hit-and-run (ran him into a guard rail) motorcycle accident. Broken 6 ribs, torn kneecap, internal bleeding, and his ribs are rubbing up against his lung. He has been in and out of the ER, and his Medicaid is not paying for his medication. He can barely walk because of his knee and all the road rash, bruises, and his back & neck strain. He also has the worst case of strep throat and is suffering from hypertension (high blood pressure).

Also, last year, he was electrocuted by lightning while working on a roof laying sheet metal. That blew out his L5 disc, which has been healing over time, but now he has probably reinjured it. (Workman's Comp only paid him back wages they owed, so no other help for medical).

Unfortunately, this is not the only issue he is facing. A month ago, he went to work for Woodrun Roofing LLC. He worked 3 full weeks, finishing the job without any supervision. The customer was happy, and he was told he would get a company truck. Jeremy borrowed money to fix his vehicle and gas to get to work. Two weeks went by and no paycheck yet. His boss said it was coming... kept saying next week. But next week came, but no paycheck. After 3 plus weeks, still no paycheck.

Now, the owner is MIA, and his phone is disconnected.

He is in desperate need of help. Mom and Mike are out of funds and unable to pay.

My son has been fighting depression and mental illness for 8 years after his dad passed away. He has lost many friends to suicide, and a few months back, he was on the phone with a friend who shot himself, and my son rushed to his house to find his head shot off. After this, the doctor diagnosed him with PTSD.

It's been very difficult for him, but he has persevered! He started going to church and attending AA.

As many of you know, my son doesn't live in California with us, but he lives in Colorado.

He has a 10-year-old certified service dog and must keep her with him.
