Hey friends, those of you who know me already know that I have two beautiful children with unique and challenging needs, which have been exacerbated by both the death of my husband/coparent, Tom, and also the pandemic.
Respecting my kid’s privacy, please understand I can’t reveal too much, but we have endured extraordinary medical and psychiatric trauma since for several years. And now, we are in the midst of intense therapies and treatments which have drained my pocket and my resources of time and energy.
For the last six months, I have been “robbing Peter to pay Paul”, taking off the necessary amount of work in order to be fully present for both my girls, and help these therapies be successful. Add to that, global pandemic inflation, which has doubled food and other expenses, and I’ve now reached a point where I don’t have the resources to make ends meet.
It is difficult to ask for help. But, I can’t do it by myself. My student roster has greatly suffered through all this, and I’m not making the amount of money I need in order to make all of this work.
I’m sorry to be so obscure. But, if you are a good friend, then you already know what I’m talking about anyway. PLEASE help if you can.
