Urgent help for family in deep crisis due to Highway robbers

I dont even know where to start or anything.

Well we are an Norwegian family with 4 kids that was on vacation to Spain as our last holiday before they start first class. We are normally a family who care and help others and Ive been looking at myself as a gifted man for many years since i believe that i have good and loyal friends who stand with us like we always have been doing for them. But disappoint is complete when absolutely no one that we had been looking at as close friend will help...

Well here is what happend

We was at gas station in Tarragona om Highway ap7. But when i was inside pay for it, some Highway robbers have put sugar and water on tank. We did not know so we started drive again but not many meters after then car breaks down.. i have insurance and all, so i called them and police and here is when nightmare started for real..

6 hours in the middle of road with all kids before they come with taxi and send us to hotel north of Barcelona for some reason. (200+ km) Insurance said we pay and they refund later. Mechanic said that he think car is ready in 3 days. Problem here is that everyone in Spain and France++ had vacation at same time so only expensive hotels was left.

We paid for 3 days and then talked with insurance and they said that they was sorry for sending us so far away from car so please take taxi there. (Already over 400 euro spent on taxi) But we said ok and went there.

But mechanic said sorry its not finished before tomorrow or next day. So we had to find new hotel. And guess what. This was the same story going on for over 3 weeks. Check out at 10 and check in at 5 everyday with lot of packages and 4 kids that also had Streptococcus...well i went up to him and saw that he has basicly destroyed the entire car... So i called police and insurance etc and they said that we need to hire a car and go back home. But problem now was that the mechanic has taken car in lock intill insurance or me pay. (He wanted 3000 euro and screamed to me in front of kids) We got message from insurance that we should leave and they will refund our things in car. (But my Drivers licens was there.....)

But nothing to do with this they say. And now im also soon broke so i ask if insurance can send me money they owe for taxi, hotels etc or at least a part sp we survive.. sure they say and sendte us 1200 euro........(Ive paid in total over 20k euro on this point plus all losses)

And since we missing drivers licens we can not rent a car so we ended buying a cheap non itv or secure car to get us home..

Insurance now called me and said that investigation shows that it was my fault because i did not watch car at all time when the government has put up warning signs everywhere.. so because of this they could not pay more than 3 night on hotel and the taxi.. (we have been 19-20 days...) i said that i not accept this and we take it to court.. and only 30 min after they call again and said that mechanic and investigations show that i am the one cause problem for mechanic and also surrounding. So he was scared for his life and have filed police report on me for some reason.... (Its all lie obv..) So they said that they will not give any more money and they pay mechanic for the job plus send bill to me plus force me to go and pick up car again....

Now we have under 1700 euro on bank in total, they have sendte me bills for around 11000 euro (not paying) so we now must wait until late november/early december to get justice in the court (waiting for date)

The cheap car from Spain was more or less caput when we came home. And not legal to drive.

And now to top off all we lost job due to a conflict between store manager and one of the clients. So all contracts was canceled and work stopped instantly. So now waiting for nav in Norway to help us fix money to survive..

But now our problem is that we need to pay for everyday things, mortgage, rent and also new car. It can take up to 8 weeks for us to get from government and thats about same time as Court...

I do not believe we survive even on the amount i put up here, but it is a start.

Its also more to this but i cant sit and write all week. Its just pure tragic all of it..

If we win at court then i will give back to either people who help me or i will give to others and help. I do not want to "earn" on this...
