So many of us have learned so much from the incredible culture and land of Dominican Republic. It’s time for us to give back!
Here is a note from the organizers in Dominican Republic:
After the devastating floods that hit the Dominican Republic, many of our dancers and their families are suffering. The force of the rain and floods has left entire communities in a desperate situation. Places such as Cabarete (specifically sabaneta, Sosua) and Las Terrenas have been severely affected, with many families losing not only their homes, but also everything that was inside. Leaving them with nothing. As local organizers, we are doing everything possible to help these people in crisis.
However, we can’t do it alone and we need your support. Each contribution counts and will make a big difference in the lives of those who need it most at this difficult time. Any donation you can make, no matter how small will be received with gratitude and used to help rebuild the lives of those affected by this tragedy. Today we help our brothers and sisters in the Dominican Republic, tomorrow we could be the ones who need help. Thank you for your generosity and solidarity!

Después de la devastadora inundaciones que golpearon a República Dominicana, muchos de nuestros bailarines y sus familias están sufriendo. La fuerza de la lluvia y las crecidas ha dejado a comunidades enteras en una situación desesperada. Los lugares como Cabarete ( especificamente sabaneta , Sosua ) y Las Terrenas han sido gravemente afectados, con muchas familias perdiendo no solo sus hogares, sino también sus electrodomésticos esenciales. Como organizadores locales, estamos haciendo todo lo posible para ayudar a estas personas en crisis. Sin embargo, necesitamos su apoyo. Cada contribución cuenta y marcará una gran diferencia en la vida de aquellos que más lo necesitan en este momento difícil. Cualquier donación que puedas brindar, ya sea en forma de contribuciones financieras, será recibida con gratitud y utilizada para ayudar a reconstruir las vidas de aquellos afectados por esta tragedia. Hoy ayudamos a nuestros hermanos y hermanas en República Dominicana, mañana podríamos ser nosotros quienes necesitemos ayuda. ¡Gracias por su generosidad y solidaridad!
