My name is Damian Redman. I live in Charlotte, NC. I'm 49 years old, and for almost 2 years, I've been struggling with everyday expenses. My mom was diagnosed with dementia at only 67 years old, and everything was turned upside down. I had to live in a hotel for 2 months with her before getting help to get an apartment. I've lived in that apartment for over a year. Besides taking care of my son and other expenses, I'm way over my head. I'm on the verge of getting evicted because I fell behind in my rent.
