Urgent Help for Brenda and Avery's Move

Hi. My name is Brenda Newton and I appreciate you taking a moment to read our story. I am a single mother of a beautiful 5-year-old little girl named Avery who has Down syndrome and level 3 autism.

My daughter has been ill with respiratory illness for two years. A few months ago, I discovered mold growing on different things in my house: clothes, furniture, ceiling, etc. The landlord has known since November 11 and refuses to do anything about the mold. Meanwhile, my daughter stays ill. I am trying to leave this house ASAP but I don't have the funds. The apartment complex I'm trying to move into is asking for $800 before I can move in.

We also were recently involved in a car accident and my car was totaled. Unfortunately, I only have liability, so now I am without a vehicle also. I can't take my daughter to school or her weekly therapy. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
