Urgent Help for Allison and George's Housing Crisis

Please help my Grampa and Mom get off the streets until we can get them into a housing program.

My mom, Allison, became critically ill while visiting San Diego. Her daughters were taken from her by the state while she was in a skilled nursing facility trying to get better. My grandpa, George, moved down to help but lost his job of 20+ years, and the place they were staying, the owner unfortunately passed away, leaving them homeless. They won't leave the state without figuring out the situation with the girls, and my mother cannot stay in a shelter due to her health. Please, anything helps.
