My friend is a survivor. She has two 3-year-old twins and a newborn. Unfortunately, she’s been abused and abandoned. The father is an abuser, her mother has passed, and she has no contact with her own dad.

Things have been extremely hard lately. She just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, which has been amazing. However, since giving birth in the hospital, she’s lived in various motels and is now in a domestic violence shelter. She is still unsure of how long she will be able to stay.

She lives in constant fear because she doesn’t know what her future holds and where she’s going to live. Being sent from place to place and shelter to shelter is incredibly hard for her and the children. As a result, she isn't able to take the twins to daycare or even hold a job.

Overall, things are extremely hard, and every day is a challenge. She basically lives in the middle of nowhere, with no way of getting around. Every dollar would go towards food, finding a stable home, and transportation, because riding the bus alone with three young children is an incredibly difficult task.

I've been helping her a lot over these few months, and I have so much admiration for her spirit. I've seen her face such unbearable hardships, and I truly wish that she can find some peace. I know she needs a home, and at least her basic needs met. She fights so hard for her children; she loves them so much. This girl takes care of her children 24/7; they are her life, and she genuinely needs and deserves support.

Please help, it really will go a long way.
