On 2/10, my car was stolen from the street in front of my apartment, along with many of my possessions inside including the guitar I’ve had since I was 14, a robust CD collection, a hand truck/dolly in the trunk, and some other lesser important items.

Because I did not have theft insurance (which max covers $9500), I am unable to get any help from my insurance and the police have been wildly unhelpful and unresponsive since I filed the report.

The balance on my car is about $3500 and I need a car to get around. Anything you could contribute would help a lot. I live paycheck to paycheck so on my own, it would probably take me a year to save a couple thousand for a used car while also making payments for the car I don’t have anymore.
