Hi friends,

Would you prayerfully consider giving to complete the funds for a well for my local church in Togo? This well is urgently needed due to some unusual circumstances.

It has been a dry year without enough rain, causing a water shortage for about a month. Most people do not have wells. They rely on city water or purchase it from someone with a well. Now that the city has not had water for so long, many are purchasing water and it is getting more expensive. The city is even making an effort to drill more wells to supplement the shortage but that will take a significant amount of time. The hardest part for my community, and the people that I love, is that the dry season just started in November. It likely won’t begin raining again until the end of April.

Considering these circumstances, my local church is raising funds to drill its own well and install a water storage tank so they can have clean, accessible, affordable water as soon as possible. This will be a huge help to the neighbors, the church members, and the pastor and his family who live adjacent to the church. In total, the project is budgeted at $2,865. They have already raised the majority of the funds but are coming up short by about $1,075. Is it on your heart to help with this? If so, please prayerfully considering giving on our before December 24, 2025 so that we can complete this project as quickly as possible.

Note this is not a project of my Wycliffe ministry, but rather a personal community project that I am completing directly with my local church in Togo.
