my name is Mosbah Al-Halabi, I live in Palestine - Gaza - I work as a nurse at Al-Shifa Medical Hospital

Today, I come to you with an urgent appeal that comes straight from my heart. My family and I are in desperate need of your support, and time is of the essence. We reach out to you with heavy hearts and a deep sense of hope as we share the story،

Dear friends, family, and community,

Since October 7, 2023, my family has witnessed 3 evacuations. The neighborhood in which we live in the north of the Gaza Strip was destroyed, and my house, the commercial store, and the car were completely destroyed. My family consists of 6 members (me, my wife, 3 girls, and a son), and my wife is now pregnant, as the birth date is expected at the beginning of October.

Before the war, we lived a beautiful life filled with love and calm, playing with our children every day

We now live in a tent in one of the streets. We lack food, money, and warmth. We live on the dirt among pollution. My children get sick a lot. There is no treatment, food, or drink. We live in extreme fear and displacement, and the explosions and shells do not stop!!

Please, I want to leave the Gaza area (the war zone). I want to protect my family and my young children

These funds will be used for:

_ Application fees

_Transportation and immediate support.

_ Permits and transit fees to leave Gaza are required at the Egyptian-Gaza border in Rafah.

_Medical expenses for my wife’s birth

_ Housing and food requirements.

_ Residence in Cairo for 3 to 4 weeks while waiting for the immigration paper to be processed.

_ Airline tickets for 6 people from Cairo to Canada.

_Settlement expenses for the first two months until jobs are found.

(Rent, furniture, winter supplies to adapt to the weather, health coverage, cost of living)
