URGENT APPEAL: Help waleedsurvive the Genocide.

Hello, I am Walid Hamad, I want to share with you my story before the war: Walid lives in Beit Hanoun, the northernmost part of the Gaza Strip. He is 24 years old, Walid suffers from deafness, he cannot speak, hear or write. So I decided to explain his story to you. My four brothers are deaf and their financial situation is very difficult. My father is unable to marry my brothers due to the difficult financial conditions because their house was destroyed in the war. Most of my brothers are young men who are unable to marry due to their financial conditions. They have a small shop which is their only source of income. Despite the difficult conditions we live in, we had some hope that their lives would change.

But on October 7, the first day of the war, the first night of the war on Gaza, my family was forced to flee their home and seek shelter in Jabalia. This was their first displacement.

The second week, they were forced to flee again to the south of Wadi Gaza, hoping to find shelter in the city of Rafah. During the first truce of the war, the neighbors who remained informed them that their house and shop, their only source of income, had been destroyed. This devastating blow shattered their hopes of returning to normal life. In the eighth month of the war of extermination and destruction, they were asked to evacuate the city of Rafah, and were displaced again to Deir al-Balah in harsh, bitter and difficult conditions, with a shortage of food, water and medicine. I am the primary caregiver for my family and our children are in dire need of help to rebuild our family home and their shop that was destroyed.
