Hello, I am Majd Shaqura. I created this link in a desperate plea to help my family escape the unimaginable horrors of the war in Gaza—my father, mother, sister, and brother.
My sister, at only 23, had just started her internship in dentistry, a dream she poured her heart into achieving. My younger brother, just 21, is in his third year of studying human medicine. He has always been dedicated, achieving a remarkable 99.4% in high school. His dreams of helping others now hang by a thread.
My older brother in Germany and I have worked tirelessly, sacrificing so much to support our siblings' education despite the high costs. We were proud of what we could provide, but the war has shattered everything. Our home, once filled with love and laughter, now lies in ruins. Our dreams buried beneath the rubble. The situation is dire. It is crucial for my siblings to leave Gaza so they can continue their studies and pursue their dreams.
However, the cost is overwhelming—$5,000 for each person. We need $20,000 to evacuate four family members, a sum far beyond what my brother and I can manage alone. After they leave Gaza, we will take care of their living and study expenses. But right now, we need your help to get them out of this nightmare.
