Help Karim And His Family Reach Safety
Donation protected
Hello I am Elisa, I am helping my freind Sabreen Salama Nimr Al-Suwayr and her husband, Abdullah Rushdi Musa Al- Aqra’, from Deir Al-Balah, Gaza. I connected with them through social media during the tragedy in Gaza. They have 3 children 4-year-old twins, Layan and Bayan, and 2-year-old Karim.
Their lives have been devastated by war and Abdullah's debilitating back injury. The situation in Gaza is tragic, with 85% of housing, including their home, destroyed. They live in a tent, battling extreme heat and cold, insects and snakes. The children and their parents suffer from malnutrition and diseases due to scarcity of resources. Abdullah cannot find pain relief for his back, and hospitals lack basic medical supplies. The twins suffer from heart problems and need urgent care, and the family is grieving the loss of a child who died in a tragic accident. Sabreen and Abdullah have no choice but to seek refuge in Egypt, with the hope of eventually obtaining asylum in another country. Your donation can help them escape the horrors of war and start over. Campaign budget: Stay in Gaza (two months): $1,600 for food, soap, and clothes Stay in Egypt (two months): $1,600 for basic necessities Rent in Egypt (two months): $1,200 for a small apartment Evacuation costs: $17,500 with Hala Company.
Some words from Sabreen: “We have... My family has suffered greatly in this war. My husband, Abdullah, is unable to work due to serious back and neck injuries. Our twins, Layan and Bayan, need medical treatment for heart disease, and our son, Karim, needs proper nutrition. We are living in harsh conditions, facing bombing and a lack of basic supplies We are desperate to leave Gaza to ensure our survival and to give our children a chance at a normal life. Please help us achieve this goal.
Please help Sabreen, Abdullah, Layan, Bayan and Karim heal and start a new life. I am requesting to raise 20,000 USD for this family to support their needs while they wait for the chance to escape when the boarders open again and ro make sure that they are able to get back on their feet once they reach safty.
Thank you for your support.
