Hello, my name is Julia Kinne and my 13-month-old daughter Rosie and I were left abruptly by her father. He took all of our money, tax return, and had been lying about paying our condo association and bills for the last 5 months. He took our food stamps card and the WIC card, and I won't be able to get food stamps until June. We are without any money or any ability to take out a line of credit. My mortgage is in economic hardship forbearance already, and the condo association can foreclose faster than the banks. Rosie and I are at risk of homelessness now and the situation is pretty dire.

I have a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos (hyper mobility type) and have a number of health issues related to that. I am in process with SSDI, and when I was pregnant with Rosie, my pelvis separated, and I am functionally incontinent and in a lot of pain. I also had a postpartum hemorrhage at 12 weeks and required surgery (I heal super slowly), and a week later ended up tearing my meniscus and partial ACL graft tear, requiring surgery. I was non-weight bearing for months with an infant on crutches. A week before my surgery, John broke my finger in an argument while I was on crutches. I was dependent on him for everything for a few months and did not make a police report at the time.

The last few months have been a huge struggle, and now Rosie and I have to pick up the pieces and survive. The need is urgent to pay the condo association and the bank and to help us get back on our feet. We have no car, no money, and have applied for literally every possible program and are still at risk of homelessness.
