Today, my sister, her husband, and their four children experienced a devastating house fire that took everything from them. As if this loss wasn’t enough, my brother-in-law was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at just 38 years old. With his diagnosis, he’s unable to work, and my sister has become the main breadwinner for their family. They are now facing the unimaginable—rebuilding their lives from scratch while also navigating a serious health challenge.
Right now, my family urgently needs help to cover the costs of temporary housing and to replace essential items like prescription glasses, school supplies, and clothing for the kids. These are the basics that will help them regain a sense of normalcy and stability in the days ahead. In the long term, your support will help them secure a new home and begin to rebuild what was lost. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference in their journey to recovery.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading and considering a donation. We know we will get through this, no matter how long it takes because of our faith and because of the kindness and generosity from people like you. Your support means more than words can express, and we are deeply grateful for any help you can offer.
