Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart on behalf of Evelyn and her family. This past Saturday afternoon, a fire broke out in their kitchen. Although the fire was contained, the damage was devastating. and many of their belongings were lost.

We are raising funds to cover immediate needs—hotel fees for a safe place to stay, food, and essentials—until they can get back on their feet. Five adults and four kids have been displaced, including two elderly relatives, one of whom is bedridden. We anticipate the rebuilding process will take time, with a projected completion by April 25th.
