Displaced Climbing Team - Premier Climbing Collective

We are a youth climbing team of 45 athletes and 4 coaches who recently lost our home gym of the last 21 years with less than 9 hours notice.

On April 1st 2025, Team Premier lost its home gym (AZ on the Rocks) and training center without warning, leaving us with no place to practice. The timing couldn't have been worse as we were right in the middle of our competitive season with many of our athletes on their way to Regionals, several of which will be there for the first time!

Despite the overwhelming adversity, our team has never been stronger; as coaches, athletes and parents work hard to continue to meet for practices and make the best of a bad situation as we fight to keep our vision alive.

Our team is extremely grateful for all of the gyms who have offered to host our practices at various locations around the valley, and share their homes with our athletes, for the time being. However, come May 1st this privilege may need to be renegotiated as the situation becomes more long term.

We aim to raise enough to cover the cost of finishing the season through regionals (May 10th), which includes paying coaches for team practices and travel to competitive events. We may update the fundraiser as we see athletes qualify for Divisionals & or Nationals but will continue to be conservative in our needs.

If we are lucky enough to reach our goal, additional funds will go toward:

1. Coaching & Travel Fees for Divisionals & Nationals 2025

2. Coaching Fees For Subsequent Season(s)

3. Team Equipment (travel ropes, chalk bags, first aid, shoes for athletes in need)
