This fund has been established to provide urgent living expenses and immigration bonds for Eritrean and Ethiopian (Habesha) families impacted by immigration detention.

Having spent countless hours in our communities and detention centers across the United States, we have seen devastation that is nothing short of heartbreaking, and we have a large number of families seeking our help. Our mission is to raise funds for immigration bonds and emergency living expenses—such as food, diapers, clothing, and other essential items—for families facing the terrifying threat of separation. States like Minnesota, California, Texas, and Georgia have seen alarming rates of detentions, leaving many families in turmoil.
