Funding for the investigation in Death of Ray Dickerson

I am writing to express concern for my brother, Ray Dickerson whom everybody knew as RayRay.

He was a 49 yr old mentally impaired individual ward of state that was highly neglected. We were notified on March 22nd that Ray was found frozen dead, covered in snow at a local gas station, and we are raising funds to pay for legal and research fees associated with investigating hus death and to ultimately raise awareness to issues surrounding advocacy for people affected with Mental Health issues
