Upholding Rachel's Legacy: Support for Lilly

On May 15th, the world lost a shining light. Rachel Smallidge, a beloved mother, sister, aunt, friend, educational technician, community member, and light passed away after battling an illness, leaving behind her precious daughter, Lilly, who is a freshman in high school. Rachel was a vibrant soul, known for her kindness, generosity, and unyielding spirit. Her sudden departure has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of everyone who knew her.

Rachel was an extraordinary lady who touched countless lives with her warmth and compassion. She dedicated her life to helping others, whether it be through lending a listening ear at Pat's Pizza, helping the youth in the area develop a passion and love for athletics, or simply being with our students at Lamoine Consolidated School as an educational technician. Her smile could light up any room and her positive energy was contagious.

Lilly, much like her mother, is a bright and joyful girl, who loved her mother dearly. With Rachel's passing, the funds raised through this campaign will go directly to supporting Lilly's needs, including her education, any needs she has, and daily living expenses. It is our goal to help provide Lilly with the stability and support that she needs during this incredibly difficult time.
