I work full-time, yes, and I am very grateful for that and blessed to have a career. But I’m currently and have been living check to check since Christmas. I’m four months behind on my gas bill, two months behind on power. My childcare bill is already five days past due.

My youngest is having a procedure done that’s going to cost out-of-pocket $500 or more, and it’s sad to say that I don’t even have $10 of the $500 and his procedure is next week. I have filled out the paperwork with the state to start receiving child support, but that hasn’t happened yet and I don’t know when it will.update 7 months still no answer about child support.

I’m trying my best for my children for them to not see or feel my pressures of my unexpected journey of being a single mom. I just need help getting back on my feet so I don’t feel every day like I’m trying to pull myself out of the trenches. Thank you.
